Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for virtual goods.

Once the order has been delivered, refunds are no longer possible as we do not accept returns.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
In the extremely unlikely event that your order is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase, if you no longer wish to wait for delivery then simply request a refund and it will be processed as soon as we receive the request. If upon your order we are out of stock, we will inform you by email that there will be a delay in delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
