Silver trim is available from Tolkano for 7,500 Tournament Reward Points. It applies to the guild and does not expire, but a different trim can overwrite it.

When contacted, a Character name will be given which you will need to invite to your guild and designate as Guild leader. Trim will be created and leadership surrendered back to the original owner.
