Obsidian Shards (GW1)

Guild Wars 1 Obsidian Shards for armor crafting

Obsidian Shards are rare crafting materials used to make Obsidian armor in the original Guild Wars. This listing is for GW1 materials, not Guild Wars 2 shards or a finished armor set.

Choose your shard quantity

Select 80, 105, 120, 200 or 250 Obsidian Shards from the quantity menu. Choose the amount needed for your planned armor pieces; the required materials vary by armor piece and profession.

Obsidian armor is crafted by the Eternal Forgemaster in the Fissure of Woe. You need access to the crafter and the other required materials and gold, including Globs of Ectoplasm. Buying shards alone does not unlock or craft the armor.
